Grant of exact information at passing custom control about the values of currencies, values, objects, aims of their moving through the custom border of Ukraine, and also any other information, necessary for realization of custom control and custom registration, named declaration. It is conducted in a verbal or writing form.
Customs declaration
Document of the set form, intended for the statement of information citizens about the values of currencies, values and objects, moved by them through the custom border of Ukraine.
Declared writing:
• luggage which fell behind ot a proprietor;
• unattended luggage;
• values of currencies, values, are in an amount and volumes, exceedings norms, set a current legislation;
• objects moving of which through the custom border of Ukraine is carried out on the razreshitel'nym documents of public organs: any weapon, live ammunitions and explosives, drugs and psikhotropnye matters, articles of old fellow and arts, printing editions and other data carriers, poison and drastic matters and medications, radio-active materials, objects of flora and fauna, their parts and products high-frequency devices of radios electronic and communication means got from them;
• commodities, subject taxation;
• commodities, temporally taken (brought in) out from territory of Ukraine or moved transit;
• vehicles of transports, temporally taken out outside Ukraine, to the wish of proprietor (user).
Import and export of foreign currency
It is settled orally to declare sums in any currency, equivalent to 1 thousand dollars of the USA, and also checks of issued by foreign jars, on a tu sum. The obligatory pointing in customs declaration is required by sums, equivalent to 10000 dollars of the USA, or cotter pins to the amount of 50000 dollars of the USA without depending on the type of currency. Settling documents here are not required.
An export is settled outside Ukraine on condition of verbal declaration of foreign currency by a cash on a hand and/or travelling cotter pins to the amount of to 1000 dollars of the USA, and on condition of writing declaration with the grant of certificate of bank on a form 01 is an equivalent 5000 dollars of the USA.
Export of swizzles and souvenirs
In regard to swizzles no limits on an export from the side of Custom service are not present. However note should be taken on possible limitations of import in a toy country, in the proper quarter citizen. Bringing in to Ukraine is let a 1 litre of vodka, 2 litres of wine and 5 litres of beer on one man.
At an export through the state boundary of objects which are a cultural or historical value, a conclusion (certificate) is given out that this object does not present an artistic, cultural or historical value, the picture of this object is added for comfort of authentication.
Import of the personal things and vehicles of motors
The import of the personal things is carried out in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On the order of import (sending) to Ukraine, custom registration and taxation of the personal things, commodities and vehicles of transports, which are brought (sent) in citizens on custom territory of Ukraine (¹ 2681-III ot 13.09.2001). According to the Transport code, to bring in a transport vehicle temporal citizens-nerezidenty can on a term, not exceeding one year, thus without registration in GAI they can use them in Ukraine on the basis of obligation only during 2 months.
Personal examination of citizens
The personal examination of citizens is made at presence of for the inspector of grounds and writing permission of chief of custom or person, his deputizing.
